Go to your local DLTC (Driving Licence Testing Centre) to apply to be tested as a driving Instructor.<\/p>\n

    \nREGISTRATION AS INSTRUCTOR Form R1
    \n(National Road Traffic Act, 1996)<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0You and your medical practitioner will need to complete a\u00a0MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
    \n(National Road Traffic Act, 1996) Form MC<\/li>\n
  3. Finger print clearance must be submitted.<\/li>\n
  4. Certified copy of identity document and driving licence must be submitted.<\/li>\n
  5. Prescribed fee.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Wait for a letter from the Provincial authorities advising you to book the instructor’s test.<\/p>\n

    Instructor’s certificates are valid for one year (12 months). It is necessary to re-apply two months before the instructor’s certificate expires.<\/p>\n
